As Churchill said on June 6, 1944: ‘The eyes of the world are upon you…’ We visited La Cambe, the German cemetery and then the US Cemetery at Omaha beach. Both super impressive 🙏🏼 First a bumby ride at sea. Then the prologue of 7 km from Omaha Beach to our campsite Ferme HayDay straight through the bocage, cornfields and historic villages with the occasional thorn bush 😜 Tomorrow 50 km on the menu!
