Liberation Trail 2025 Survey Prize Draw

 

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The prize draw is open to all individuals who complete the Liberation Trail survey in full.
1.2 Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Liberation Trail organization are not eligible to participate in the prize draw.
1.3 Participants must be 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
1.4 Participants must be physically capable of completing the 270km Liberation Trail event 8-15 JUNE 2025.

2. Prize Details 

2.1 One (1) winner will receive one (1) free entry to the Liberation Trail 2025 event, valued at €1,650.
2.2 The prize includes:

  • Registration fee
  • Transportation during the 8-day event
  • Breakfast and dinner meals
  • Accommodation in military-style tents
  • Access to medical support from the event’s physiotherapy team

2.3 The prize does NOT include:

  • Transportation to and from the event start/finish locations
  • Personal equipment or running gear
  • Travel insurance
  • Personal expenses during the event
  • Any other costs not specifically mentioned in section 2.2 

3. Prize Draw Process

3.1 All eligible survey participants will be automatically entered into the prize draw. ALSO ALREADY
REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS FOR THE EDITION OF 2025 CAN JOIN AND WIN THE PRIZE.
3.2 The winner will be selected at random from all complete survey entries.
3.3 The draw will take place on March 10 2025 and the winner will be notified via the email
address provided in their survey response within 7 days of the draw.
3.4 If the winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, the Liberation Trail organization
reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select a replacement winner.

4. Prize Restrictions

4.1 The prize is valid for the Liberation Trail 2025 event only and cannot be deferred to future editions.
4.2 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another person.
4.3 The prize has no cash alternative and cannot be exchanged for monetary value.
4.4 The winner must meet all participation requirements for the Liberation Trail 2025 event, including but not limited to health and fitness criteria.

5. Data Protection

5.1 All personal information collected through the survey will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.2 By participating in the survey, participants consent to the use of their feedback for marketing and promotional purposes.
5.3 The winner’s name may be published on the Liberation Trail website and social media channels.

6. General

6.1 The Liberation Trail organization reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
6.2 The Liberation Trail organization reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.
